HLH Proto LTD’s Advanced 3D Prototyping Service

Designing a new product can be a costly and labor-intensive endeavor without the right technologies. That’s why an increasing number of product designers and engineers are choosing to outsource their prototype manufacturing to HLH Proto. We offer the most reliable technologies that efficiently bring designs to life at a reasonable cost without compromising on performance, quality, or safety. Our clients rely on our additive 3D printing service to quickly and cost-effectively bring complex designs to fruition.

Discover 3D printing with HLH Proto.

3D printing or additive manufacturing continues to define the future of prototyping, and we have over 10 years of experience in maximizing this technology to deliver high-quality and precise parts every time. Here at HLH Proto, we offer the most proven 3D printing technologies for making any prototype. Here’s a quick overview of our services and how each can benefit your product development:

Metal 3D printing

Also known as direct metal laser sintering (DMLS), metal 3D printing builds strong parts by sintering powdered metals one layer at a time. This process makes it possible to craft complex shapes easily and precisely. Here at HLH Proto, we use powdered metals with dynamic and strong mechanical properties.

Stereolithography (SLA)

SLA may be among the earliest additive 3D printing technologies, but it’s a versatile, cost-effective, and quick solution for many applications. It uses a highly accurate UV laser to solidify a layer of photosensitive resin, resulting in accurate parts with a good surface finish. The parts are built with support structures, which we remove during post-processing.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)

This industrial additive manufacturing technology creates durable, accurate, and functional prototypes from powdered PA 12 (nylon) materials one layer at a time. It doesn’t need support structures, so it can create complex geometries without additional costs. Plus, the process is scalable to print one or more components on demand.

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)

FDM often comes to mind when people imagine the process of additive 3D printing. Additionally, they assume it’s ideal only for basic prototypes. However, it’s versatile and suitable for intense automotive and aerospace applications.

MJF 3D printing

At HLH Proto, we print highly detailed prototypes using MJF 3D printing. The technology is similar to SLS, including the material used, making it capable of delivering functional prototypes and end-use parts. However, it’s 10 times faster and ensures rapid turnaround.

If you’re interested in our additive 3D printing services, don’t hesitate to request a quote here. We can make one or more high-quality prototypes that can add value to your product development.
